Outdoor Artists go to Discovery Center 6/24/10
We had a beautiful day! Perfect for painting....sunny, breezy and 70 degrees!
Here's my little 9x12....it got kinda tricky when the class of 12 kids showed up to take out the kayaks!!

Pet Portraits / Infant Portraits - Charcoal
Plein Aire - Oil (paintings done outdoors using nature as the subject with the challenge of the changing light and weather)
Studio Paintings - Oil (paintings done in studio, classes and workshops)
One-a-day - Oil (fun little paintings usually done in 1-2 hours)
Travel Journals - Watercolor & Sharpie (done from life and photos in just a few minutes)
